Student Success TipsTip #29 Make Your Plan Your Plan Your plan for success must play to
your natural strengths and be
based on principles which you
value most.
You’ve probably noticed by now
that you have a lot of people in your life who like to give you advice
on what you “should” do. They may have told you which
school you “should” go to, or which major you “should” choose,
or which profession you “should” pursue. You are always going to be the
most successful when you are following your own plan for yourself. This isn’t to say you can’t
ask people for ideas on that they think you might be naturally good at.
In fact, I recommend that you do just that. This means that ultimately, the
final decision on what you will do with your life needs to come from
you. In his book, “The Power Mind
System” Michael Keifer writes: “Everyone feels good when they
perform well, in the area of your natural talents is where you have a
competitive advantage to perform better than anyone else.
Natural talent development is a primary key to success in
life.” ***************************************** For all 101 Tips on Student Success as a download you can get right now, go to Success Store While you're there, check out my other downloadable
